In the event issues a return authorization to Buyer allowing Buyer to return Product to, Buyer will deliver the Product to’s address in the United States, if so required by, and Buyer shall bear all applicable federal, state, municipal, and other government taxes (such as sales, use, and similar taxes) as well as import or customs duties, license fees, and similar charges, however designated or levied, on any replacement Product to be shipped by to Buyer. This warranty applies to all products, unless specifically stated otherwise.

All products purchased at is covered by’s 30-Day Against Manufacturer Defects Policy. The 30-Day Against Manufacturing Defects Policy covers factory defects that are caused by the manufacturer during the manufacturing process. The 30-Day Against Manufacturing Defect Policy commences from the original invoice date. Unless specifically stated in a separate policy, all requests to return a product MUST be made through’s technical and return department. All approved returns must be delivered to’s location or collection facilities within 30 days of the original invoice date, regardless of delays caused by natural calamities or human error. Any requests to return any product made beyond 30 days of the original invoice date will not be entertained and will have to be made through the product manufacturer, unless states otherwise.

All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by’s technical and return department. The RMA number is only valid for three (3) days for the date of issuance and the product must be shipped within these three (3) days. All returns MUST contain all of the original packaging intact and in unused condition. Any used or defaced products will void any claims for return. For most returns, shipping cost is to be refunded.

When RMA request has been approved, the customer will bear the responsibility for the freight charges and the risk of loss on all return shipments. All return shipments have to be made with carriers that offer tracking ability to help determine the chronological process of the return shipment.

Products that are marked with “Manufacturer Direct Warranty” are directly serviced by the manufacturer and are not covered by’s 30-Day Against Manufacturing Defects Policy. does not claim responsibility for the warranty of these items and is not responsible to authorize any returns. These products are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for further details.


Important: before returning a product, please mail us on and ask for a RMA. Please do not return the product without this authorization. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the returned product.



Although we usually need just 1 business day to process any order, the Buyer is entitled to receive a full refund if we fail to process an order in a period of max 5 business days.

We also make sure that all items that are displayed on our website are part of our current stock, too. However, because some products are selling very fast, it rarely happens to be some differences between our physical stock of products and the management system of our website.

If the item you have ordered happens to be visible on our website but not in our physical stock, too, we will fully refund you.

All approved refund will be the current value or sale price of the returned product at, which ever is lower, minus any applicable fee and/or charges.



Defective item: A replacement will be sent to the customer in United States free of charge once we receive the defective item. Defective item will be replaced with the same model only. If the replacement is not available, we will give you full refund for the item, including S&H.
